All holiday or holiday weekend weddings (including: Easter, Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving, Christmas and New Years) will result in an additional $300 fee. INCLUDED IN COORDINATION:Initial consultation and 5 pre-event meetings or 'touch bases'.Complimentary online Blue Daisy event plan complete with detailed wedding 'look book', event timeline, vendor contacts and more.Recommendations on vendors, wedding etiquette and wedding related questions.Communication with vendors and details 1 month and 2 weeks out.Point of contact for vendors day of and day before wedding.Orchestration of ceremony rehearsal.Set-up & takedown of décor itemsCoordination and execution of the wedding day from start to finish.There is no limit on wedding 'day of' hours, email or phone communication and we are available for any and all questions once the package is booked.

Wedding Day Management is ideal for the bride who has a little bit more time to devote to the initial wedding planning demands but wants to ensure she is set up for success and that all the final details will be taken care of. Starting 30 days before your big day, we will communicate with vendors, organize order of events, and tie up loose ends, ensuring your wedding goes off without a hitch.

Event Floral Design
We will meet for a consultation, where we will discuss the style you love, flowers you love and all the other fun details! After the consultation we will provide you with a detailed floral proposal within two weeks.

Flowers play a key role in the overall design of your wedding, which is why I offer in-house design. During our floral consultation, we will talk about the styles you are drawn to and the types of flowers that make your heart soar. I will then create a custom floral proposal specific to your wedding day and your wedding budget.
